Medication helped me. Definitely. I am trying to go off of my Celexa right now, and that is hard. But it definitely helped and I am so grateful.

well, SSRIs in small doses aren't bad so long as the work up to them doesn't drive me crazy and coming down from them is the same. I'm trying to think about looking into alternative ways to work around it so I can avoid medication--often the drawbacks can outweigh the benefits.

I wouldn't rule out some kind of bed bug. A friend of mine had a similar reaction when she was at a youth hostel in London. Turns out she was allergic to the bug bites and no one else was.
