My brother had been complaining that he hasn't been to any amusement parks since 2002 (I haven't been to one since... 2007?) so we went to Coney Island where they reopened the Luna Park back in May of this year. It's a small park. Very small. With no roller-coasters.

Our destination..... Luna Park.

You rode a ride called The Tickler?!!! That sounds like a horrible, horrible plot for some porn. WHAT HAVE YOU NOT BEEN TELLING ME

... also, the teacups are my favorite ride ever. I ride 'till I puke, so the only way to NOT puke, is to keep riding :D

I haven't ridden a tea cup ride since I was in Disney World over 10 years ago. They were pretty and very colorful. At the time they didn't make me feel sick but they might now. :(

This reminds me that I've not been to a Luna Park for too long. Uuugh, now I so want to go! >_<

Anyway, it seems like you had fun! :D It's a pity for the funnel cake though (it's the first time I heard of it, seems delicious!)

You should go! They are so much fun! :D

Funnel cake is oh so delicious. Fried crispy and sweet. The only places I ever see it served is at amusement parks, carnivals, fairs, and sometimes seaside boardwalks. So it's not something I can get easily. I suppose I could go back to Coney Island to get one but I really don't feel like taking a 2+ hour trip just for funnel cake, lol. I'll just have to wait for the next fair they have around here...
