If possible, please plan before hand whether to have dinner, then we can reserve places at a proper restaurant like Wagaya.

As Minami mentioned, getting a large venue - free of charge - without unwanted attention from Security, is getting increasingly hard in Sydney. Air Conditioning would be godly.

From the pictures, I see there are lots of spots for 'natural / available light' photography.

I can definitely pay my share for the venue!

When plans have been finalised, just post up a Street Address. Or maybe we all could just meetup at Easyway Central, and leave as a one big Posse.

unfortunately theres no air con orz...the guy said its not that bad tho....

its super close to the station so it should b nice and easy!!

I'm all ok with it, but like I said I most likely won't be staying the whole day (either coming late or leaving early). so yeh...
