Published in Hana to Yume issue 1 2010, released on December 5th 2009. Will be in volume 2!
Yamada and Hime have made a mutual promise to fulfill their dreams. Still, Hime is a huge amateur. Yamada weighs the odds of her turning into a first-class seiyuu. It's going to be extremely difficult, if not impossible as she is now. He's a professional so he tells her to do anything he tells her to do in order to be successful. She agrees immediately. Yamada wastes no time telling her what she has to do first.
Yamada: "You'll become a boy."
Indeed, this is totally unexpected. Hime realizes she has just entered into a contract with a devil named "Haruka Yamada". Poor girl (^.^)
At school, Hime hears Senri fangirls squeal and gather around a new oversized poster of Senri's new CD. Hime seems lifeless as she remembers what Yamada told her to do. He wants to put her out on the market as a male seiyuu. She stares at Senri's poster and regrettably realizes she may need to become just like "him".
She thinks it's impossible because she looks like a girl from every angle. She can only make the prince voice occasionally anyway. She can't be a Lovely Blazer if she's a guy.
Of course, Yamada did say promises made by businessmen aren't clear at all, and she concludes that he deceived her. She slams her fist on her desk, causing Tsukino to jump. She screams aloud that Yamada is an old, scandalous sadistic bastard.
Tsukino hears Hime's cellphone receive a text message. It's a map showing a location that Hime has to go to that day at 4:30. Hime is very skeptical that this isn't all just another deception. Although, she's confused when she arrives at the location on the map. It's an ordinary apartment building. This only causes her to feel even more uneasy.
Mizuki leans out a 2nd story window and waves at Hime, telling her to come to the room he is in. she shifts backwards as she always does when she sees him. She has to wonder why a popular idol like him is exposing himself here of all places. Mizuki sees she's about ready to dash and asks her not to run away. (This is becoming rather normal routine for them^^.) With a beaming composure, he threatens to release their "lovey-dovey" photograph all over the Internet. Hime submits^^.
Hime reaches the apartment and rings the bell, only to have a tense looking Shuuma answer it. He tells her to get in, calling her "Gori-Hime". She knew he'd be there if Mizuki was there, so she's not as surprised to see him.
As she enters, she sees several bags and a wig placed on the floor. Yamada welcomes her in as the "Amateur Prince".
Yamada: "Welcome to your castle."
Hime: "My...castle?"
Yamada: "That's right. This will be your home."
Hime: "HUH?!"
That's the appropriate reaction^^. Hime is dumbfounded by this sudden turn of events. Yamada tells her that when she works she must always wear the clothes provided in the bags, have the colored contacts in place, and wear the wig set on the floor. If she ever appears as a girl then he'll throw her out right away.
She spots the wig on the floor again and hold it, realizing it's a boy's wig. She collapses on her knees and reaches out desperately to Yamada, asking if she's seriously going out as a guy. Yamada, almost too seriously, confirms the fact. Hime tumbles backwards. She makes a comeback by asking what's to become of her Lovely Blazer dream. Yamada has done all this keeping that in mind, so it's all fine.
Another issue arises. No matter how you look at her, Hime is a girl. She's convinced she'll be discovered easily. Yamada again says this shouldn't be an issue. With that, Mizuki cheerfully suggests they test her out and he holds a shirt out for her.
(He reminds me of a girl obsessed with dressing someone up...XD)
Hime changes in the bathroom, wondering if she can actually pull this off. When she comes back out in her disguise Shuuma bursts out laughing. Her clothes are obviously way too big, her eyes look too young and innocent for a 15-year old boy, and her voice is too high. She's practically an elementary school boy. Mizuki pins him down to keep him from doing anymore damage to the already discouraged Hime. Yamada assures her that this is also no big deal. Hime is beginning to really worry...
Yamada: "You'll work as a male seiyuu at our office. Of course, during the daytime you can attend Hiiragi Academy as 'Hime Kino'. Aside from me and the two AQUA, this appearance of your's will be a secret. And at school, never use your 'prince voice'. If you do use it at school again, just say it's a fluke."
Hime is still uneasy about moving out of her house and living there. She doesn't even think it'll be possible. Her mother will probably not allow it anyway. She looks downward troubled. Yamada looks merciful and understands. He explains that it was for this reason that he went to get permission from her mother to "look after her" in the first place. He warns her that if living there isn't possible then everything they talked about that day will be forgotten. He holds up the key to the apartment and says he'll only wait 3 days for her answer, and if she decides to prepare for this then he'll give her the key.
When she's gone, they all look worn out. Mizuki asks Yamada what they'll do if she doesn't come. In the end, Yamada realizes that what he said to her was a very stupid move. With those conditions, he can't force her to do anything unless she decides to resign herself to do this. He looks quite stresses about it.
Hime sits on her bed all alone in the house. She became scared of the reality that was setting in when she was at the apartment, so she chickened out. She feels terrible about not knowing what to do back then. Her and her mother's definition of "taking care" of her are totally different than Yamada's definition. She hears Akane and their mother enter the house and goes down to welcome them back.
Hime thoughts: [Mom might be lonely if I'm not here. I don't want to make her feel that way. But I think I do want to do that...]
Hime thinks for sure that her mother would feel the same way she does. Since Yamada is returning anyway, her mom won't have to deal with the subject. Meanwhile, Hime is causing trouble when preparing dinner again.
The next day at school, a class representative informs everyone that in order to enter into their first mid-term, the teachers want to seriously interview their parents. Hime is overwhelmed that she has so many things to deal with, and this just adds to the list. Though, she feel it'll be a good time to tell her mother about the apartment.
Hime tells her mother about the parent interviews and asks if she'll be there that day. Mother looks like's getting ready to leave.
Mom: "...I can't do it that day. Akane's photo shoot is that day."
Disappointment sweeps through Hime. As usual, it's about Akane. However, her mother doesn't stop just there. She lowers her head almost looking spiteful.
Mom: "Besides, I'd hate to be disappointed again. Whether it's at your school or in our home."
Hime is in complete shock. She let's the interview paper slip through her hands. Yamada asking her if she'll prepare herself flashes in her mind.
Hime Narration: {Ever since long ago, I have always disappointed Mom. Has that not changed even now?}
A memory of Hime and her mother among other women and girls flashes in her mind. Young Hime looks like she's about to cry. A memory of her breaking a dish flashes, and the memory of Yamada talking with her mother flashes. Yamada urging her to make up her mind and set her resolve again flashes in her mind.
Hime Narration: {I'm not good enough at all...simply going to that school and just doing the same things as everyone else...}
Hime's decision has been made. She bows to her mother as she firmly tells her that she's moving out.
Mom, of course, is completely speechless and wide-eyed as she turns back to a very determined-looking Hime, which seems to frighten her mother a little. Hime explains the apartment that Yamada provided for her and tells her that the rent and her own school expenses will be paid by the GGC office. She declares that she'll do her best and become a daughter she can be proud to have. She dashes away and informs her mother that she'll be leaving soon. Her mother reaches out to stop her, but is still speechless and can only manage to clench her hand into a tense fist.
When she actually thinks about it, Hime resigned herself to do this a long time ago. It was the moment she decided to become a Lovely Blazer to help someone someday. If she could do that, then she can do anything. She reaches the door and is about to leave when she realizes there's one last thing she needs to do. She goes into her room and begins stripping down.
-----------
Yamada hears someone enter his office. He's surprised to see who appears to be a young, punk kid with a cap entering his room. This boy smiles with a smug, saying he's there for his key.
Yamada shows complete relief and chuckles.
Yamada: "So you came. Amateur Prince."
This "boy", Hime, holds his hand out for his new key. Yamada reaches out to give it to him.
Narration: {Now, I have taken my first step.}
A new world awaits...

My interests just spiked. My favorite thing in shojo manga is the gender-bender or crossdresser. KYA~!
Scans were provided by the same one who posted ch.9 on Billwang.
I'm still confused about how she's doing this. Is she going to go to school as her normal girl self and then change into her boy appearance when she has work? It'd be totally fine with me if she just stayed as her boy appearance...a ha ha Then again, if she did that and had to keep her true self a secret, then she wouldn't be able to do noon broadcasts with the other 3 anymore. And I'm sure they just wouldn't be complete without her.
I love what Hime said in front of her mom. Take that, bitch. (XD)
If the parent interviews are covered, I wonder if Sakura Aoyama will make an appearance for Senri? I hope so. I miss Tsundere-san and it may be a chance to see more into his situation.
I just realized that my livejournal is going to reach it's brandwidth limit very soon. So I'm saying now that I'm going to delete all the S.A chapter summaries that have been released by VIZ so far. Right now, that'd be up to chapter 81......... Maybe I won't count chapters in volume 14 just yet.
Speaking of S.A, I finally found raw scans of volume 17. No not the HanaYume scans of chapters 94-99. I posted the volume extras
on my other journal
