- Fujimori is counting for some reason in the beginning of this chapter. His friend asks why, and Fujimori says, "16 times I have to say 'love'..." **DOOOOOM^^*
- Meanwhile, the amount of lines Shiro has been given has increased. She's overwhelmed with happiness.
- When Shiro and Mizuki arrive at Nannai studio, one of the staff wants Shiro to help Fujimori with his problem with Mizuki. It looks like Shiro and Fujimori became friends lately, sohe thinks that putting Shiro between Fujimori and Mizuki during dubbing sessions will allow the job to be much easier for Fujimori. Because Yajima, devil enough as he is, will NOT change his lines no matter how much he asks for it! Plus Fujimori's problem is holding back everyone else, and that's a huge problem.
- Shiro is fully convinced when the staff member says, "You've gotta help a friend whose in trouble!" She remembers Sakura Aoyama saying that one day she'll get to save someone in trouble. So she accepts it wholeheartedly.
- She barges into the recording room, grabs a reluctant Fujimori by the arm, and drags him to the dubbing room where Mizuki is waiting. She whispers to him to get his act together before Yajima cuts him out of production. Fujimori criticizes Shiro, saying she has no right to call him out on his troubles since she's an amateur, which Mizuki gets angry with. (Malice!!!!!) Mizuki puts on his idol smile and says that someone who is wearing their work down DESERVES to be kicked off^^.
- Shiro recalls Mizuki saying he was "irritated" with Fujimori and wonders if his dub recording will be affected by it. However, Mizuki is able to perform as if nothing is wrong, like the pro he is. Fujimori, on the other hand, only manages to let out a tiny, wimpy "...I love...", which Yajima throws a fit over.
- Shiro looks over in his direction and sees the disappointment on his face, urging him to do his best in her mind. She remembers a staff member telling her about his showbiz debut, being known as AQUA's "shadow". She tugs at his shirt and gives him a thumbs up, wondering to herself if there is anything she could possibly do for him.
- She whispers to him that he was at least able to say "love" this time. He's improved a lot^^. Fujimori gets irritated and kicks her in the ankle.
- Amongst their whispering, Shiro misses her own line and Yajima gets after her case, as well. She apologizes as they go in for another take. She realizes that both of them will strive for the light. She takes his hand and says that it might help him relax, which makes him blush and pull away forcefully, thinking that guys holding hands is gross^^. Yajima, once again, gets angry at them for acting out of line.
- After the practice session is over for the time being, Shiro finds Fujimori and asks if they can practice together. He tells her to go practice with Mizuki, which gives Shiro the chance to tell him that the staff actually asked her and Fujimori to be together. She warns him again that if he doesn't improve, Yajima is going to cut him, and they don't want that to happen. She makes a fist and cheers for the both of them to go all out!
- Mizuki interrupts them, telling Shiro to go back to the recording room. She tries to say that she still needs to help Fujimori practice, but Mizuki tells her to just go. He pulls another idol smile and states, "If you don't focus on your own work enough, you'll be a nuisance to the others, silly. Don't hang out, okay^^?" (Makes Fujimori angry.) He again tell her to go back and smiles kindly at her.
- Once she's gone, Mizuki turns to Fujimori and asks if he hates him, which Fujimori is more than willing to affirm. However, Mizuki also says the same about Fujimori, and he tells him why. Fujimori irritates him because even though he is "supposedly" a professional, he can't put his personal feelings aside and do his job right, which is causing problems for the rest of the staff, and making even a newbie like Shiro worry. He explains that Shiro is the type of person to worry about other's more and can be distracted to the point where "he" isn't focusing enough on "himself". (Shiro is known as a boy, so that's why I'm putting those in quotations.) Mizuki warns Fujimori that if something happens to Shiro because of this, he won't forgive him. He flat out tells him to shape up if he's a pro.
- In the recording session, the atmosphere is rather tense, and everybody can feel it. This will be the real take, afterall. Shiro glances at Fujimori to see if he's alight. Fujimori notices the worry in Shiro's face and it seems he finally understands what Mizuki was saying. He turns away and tells her to not look at him. Though in his mind, he tells them all to watch as he musters up the wit to say "love". He shows this time that he is definitely trying to do his job as a pro, even though it's very difficult. Shiro just continues to stare at him in worry...
- Mizuki suddenly looks over in shock and whispers her name. Yajima yells out a loud "CUT!" from the recording room. He demands to know if Shiro is taking any of this seriously. She missed another line!! She's been out of sync all day that day and tells her that if she doesn't want to do this, then she needs to get out. In fact, someone who can't even do their work shouldn't come anymore. (oh nooooooos!!!)
- After hearing this, Shiro remembers Mizuki saying that if one doesn't do the proper job they're assigned to do, then it only brings the other people down... She realizes immediately that she was so concerned about other's that she didn't focus on her own work and begins trembling.
- Fujimori tries to comfort her, saying it was his fault, but she denies that, saying this is something she did herself. She's to blame for it, not anyone else. Unfortunately, she knows that she's let herself down once again, but for the sake of her dream, she will retaliate without fail!

Chapter 28
- Shiro runs out of the booth and into the recording room. She make a promise with Yamada to full each other's dreams. Mizuki said he wanted to support her with he dream all he could. This is her first job as "Shiro", and she will ABSOLUTELT NOT let it end here. She bows low to the ground behind Yajima and deeply apologizes for her mistake and begs for another chance. Yajima is about to tell her to get out, when Mizuki and Fujimori get on their knees next to Shiro. Fujimori says he's the reason Shiro was distracted and begs for forgiveness. Mizuki says the reason Shiro was distracted by Fujimori was due to his distaste of him, so he also has to take the blame. Shiro tells them they got it all wrong. Though Fujimori and Mizuki duke out insults at one another, causing Shiro to break out in a cold sweat, and causing Yajima to become more and more angry. Yajima stops the fight and tells all three of them that if they don't want to be sent home so badly, they will stay there for however many days it takes to get their performances right. He yells at them to get back into the booth, making them all flinch.
- So while the rest of the staff goes home, the three of them end up staying in the booth. Fujimori is angry that Mizuki ended up staying there as well. Mizuki doesn't have anymore work that day, so it's fine. Mizuki tells him to do his best, in kind of an insulting way^^. Shiro apologizes for getting them involved. But she's overjoyed that she's been given another chance because of it. She tells them to do the best they can with their performances now.
- The recording begins. But it isn't long before Yajima cuts them off because Shiro sounded bland. Then time after time after time, he cuts them off pointing out even the smallest problems and has them redo it (it's mostly Shiro, but Fujimori and Mizuki mess up sometimes, too). Some torture he has going on there^^,
- Fujimori wonders what they'll do once they get to the part when he says supposed to say he loves Byakko (Mizuki's character).
- Shiro messes up again and again. Her voice is off, her lip syncing is off, etc... Fujimori states the obvious in his head. Shiro isn't doing well at all. Besides that, the booth is hot. He turns to see Shiro sweating like a pig and having a hard time breathing. He asks if she's alright, but sees her immediately pull herself together.
- Fujimori is amazed. Shiro may be the worse one among them, but she's also the one that seems to be enjoying it the most. He loves people like this very much. With that thought in mind, he is able to say "I love you.", while looking at Shiro. He says it perfectly! Everyone is baffled! Fujimori will never like Mizuki, but that doesn't matter. He sees Shiro's smile, as if she's saying, "You finally did it."
- In the end, they ended up covering 30 minutes of episode time in 12 hours. They bothered the staff, so he demands for them to apologize to them first of all. Then he tells Shiro and Fujimori to apologize to Mizuki, which Mizuki thinks is going too far, but they do anyway.
- Yajima hands each of them sheets of paper. They are fan e-mails from the fans. Shiro reads all the comments on her sheets. They say things like "Shiro was cool.", "I love how he speaks to Byakko in a mother's tone.", "Who does Shiro? It's weighing on my mind. He's interesting w", "Shiro's voice is great! I love it! Who does it? Please tell me!" Yajima reminds them to not fail these people a 2nd time.
- Shiro breaks down in tears. She's so happy. This is her first fanletter. She so very glad she didn't end here. Mizuki comforts her.
- Fujimori asks if that was seriously the first she had received. She says it's true and was really happy. Fujimori has about 2 other jobs to get over with, so he's not going home yet.
- Shiro then tells him that he did a good job as well. He was finally able to say his "love" line. Fujimori is reminded of that, and when he looks at Shiro, she's all sparkly and surrounded by flowers^^. He's about to hold her, when Mizuki interrupts, saying he has a talk show to tape. He leads her away from him. Poor Fujimori is left agonizing over his attraction to A GUY! What's more, he thinks Shiro is going out with Mizuki, so it's all just so confusing to him^^.
- In the car, Shiro checks the messages she's received. One is from Tsukino. She asked if she was okay since she wasn't at school that day. She says in her message that a big test is coming up at school. The "Practical Skills" test event is about to begin...

Chapter 29
- Hime hasn't been appearing at school. Tsukino heard that Hime's situation at home is bad, which makes both her and Ume worry quite a bit.
- Obviously a good amount of time has passed since the last chapter. The staff for the Beast Ranger show are giving Shiro farewell gifts. Her role as the cat "Shiro" has ended because in the recent episode, he grew into an adult tiger and will be voiced by a different person now.
- Fujimori is also a little upset that she's leaving and tries to give her his card so they can stay in contact, but Mizuki steps in and takes it from him, thanking him for such precious information^^.
- DoS Yamada is BACK!!! YYYYYYYES!!!!!!!!! First of all, he congratulates her on her first success. He plans to keep her busy during summer break. Then he's threatens her about her BIG TEST coming up in school. If she doesn't pass it and has to do summer school, she knows what will be in store for her...^^ Poor Shiro~~~
- Shiro goes home and sees a package for her. It's from Yamada. It contains fan letters and fan creations of the "Shiro" character. She's overjoyed, but then the image of pleasing her mother surfaces to her mind. She's still not good enough to call herself a success. She's only begun her path to success and still has a long way to go before pleasing her mother. So all the more reason to do her best with her school work!
- Mizuki comes over to her house and gives her his gift. It's a glasses case for her glasses. She smiles and thanks him. The overlapping memory of Sana thanking him flashes in his mind and he turns away to leave. He realizes he has made her happy, which is all he needs. He smiles with delight.
- Hime is free from work and is finally able to attend school. However, as stated before, Hime hasn't been in school very much. She's behind on just about everything. When the teachers are saying what will be on the tests, she has ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA what they're talking about. In her speech class, she's doing as poorly as usual and Miura-sensei threatens her with summer school at the rate she's going. Poor Hime has forgotten everything she learned in that class! She's starting to dread the upcoming test...^^
