they only deliver to my area on wednesday ;o; unfortunately, i can't make it on wednesday because i have soccer in the evening.. so it'll have to be thursday. i'm considering marinating the beef wednesday night since it's best to leave it over night, but not sure!
do you think it's a huge deal? i'm planning on putting the other stuff in the freezer to cook this weekend.
