How to save my lj?

Hi everybody! Long time no see and all this - although I still do read you regularly. Just posting somehow... sort of fell through all the time?

Anyhow: I need advice. For I somehow managed to lose access to my dw-account and now live in fear the same happens with my lj. So I'd like to save my entries - but preferably not

I always used LJarchive to download my content, although I don't know whether it still works these days.

Make a new DW account, it doesn‘t have to be the same account name (I think) and use the import function.
It transfers all the LJ entries into DW and then it looks like you made all the entries in DW (well, almost because pic links will probably be broken and the formatting is wonky in places but the texts will at least be there) Have a look at my DW if you want to check it out.
