Hanatarou
Today was the day of Yamada Hanatarou's physical. Oh joy... Hanatarou hesistantly peeked into Unohana's nurses's office, "Unohana-sensei?" he called out for the nurse, "Are you here?"
"Please come in, Hanatarou" the nurse called from inside the office. "Would you like some tea? I'm making a cup at the moment and I'd be happy to make another one."
He walked into the nurse's office slowly, looking around. Realizing that the nurse asked him a question, he shook his head, "No, thank you Unohana-sensei. Um, I'm here for my physical."
"I know that Hanatarou, but I thought we could talk a bit before then. I know you're having a bit of a difficult time adjusting" The nurse emerged from the sideroom adjourning the health office and set two cups of tea on the desk. "Please take a seat" Unohana said kindly, gesturing at the chairs at the corner of the room.
Hanatarou took a seat, his knees close together and his hands in his laps. He felt more relaxed however. Compared to the many other adults who woked at Seireitai Highschool (such as Zaraki-sensei or Kurotsuchi-sensei) who he considered abnormal or maybe insane was another word to put it (not to mention scary and intimidating), Unohana-sensei well... for the first most she was normal. She was welcoming and very kind.
Feeling more comfortable with the situation, Hanatarou started to speak, "Well, yeah, it is hard to adjust a little bit...maybe not....maybe a lot."
"Have you been having trouble with the other students?" Unohana asked, glad that the shy student had spoken. She took a seat next to her desk and held out a cup of tea to him.
The boy nodded slowly, "Well, I have met some nice people like Ikkaku-san, Inoue-san and Arisawa-san. I even went to Ikkaku-san's party though it was more that I was forced too by my friends... I still don't remember much of that night though I got a migrane the morning after and felt like someone threw a chair at me...my body still kind of aches"
The nurse nodded and wrote some sentences in the folder labeled Yamada Hanatarou. "Have you continued to take the pills that you bought from Urahara-san?"
He shook his head, "No, no, no... I already threw tham out. After the party, I don't think I'll ever get anything from Urahara-san." He didn't want to awake naked in bed with Ikkaku's blood in his mouth after a party ever again. It was unlikely that he'll ever go to a party again. Hopefully.
"Did anything happen at the party you went to that made you uncomfortable?" Unohana wondered if she should introduce Isane to Hanatarou since it seem as if they might get along well. She scribbled some thoughts on the sheet of looseleaf in the folder before looking back up at the freshman encouragingly.
"Well..." he started hesistantly his eyes wandering throughout the room, "I really don't remember much after I took some kind of drink. In the beginning, I was pushed out of the car by my friends, but that's the only bad thing I remembered."
"A drink? Was it alcoholic?" The nurse looked at Hanatarou calmly, without a hint of reproach in her voice.
Hanatarou looked at the floor scratching his head, "Well...I'm not exactly sure. It might have been...i know it tasted funny somehow."
"I see. A word of advice, Hanatarou-kun, you might want to avoid eating or drinking anything if invited to a student party." Unohana took a sip of tea before continuing.
"Is there anything else you'd like to talk to me about. Anything that you're worried about?"
"I'll keep note of that, Unohana-sensei," Hanatarou told her, "Nothing else worries me too much, except Zaraki-sensei and Kurotsuchi-sensei. Though Kurotsuchi-sensei scares me more."
"Ah, don't let their appearances scare you. Zaraki-san is very kind and Kurotsuchi has a brilliant scientific mind." Unohana's tone of sincerity wasn't forced at all though whether that was due to honesty or years of practice remained unkown.
"You're doing alright with the homework, correct? Since I could suggest some tutors for you if needed."
"I've been doing all right with homework," the freshman replied, "but thank you anyway."
Unohana nodded with a glint in her eyes. "Just one last question. Are you having any romantic problems?"
He raised an eyebrow, "Not that I know of."
Unohana made a note to herself to introduce Hanatarou to some nice girls. "You're much too modest Hanatarou-kun."
"Now, I know you want to become a doctor so why don't I explain some of my tools to you before I take your blood pressure?" Unohana rose from the chair and looked expectantly at the boy.
"Okay," He quickly soon forgotten her questions about his romantic life when Unohana changed the subject. It was his dream to become a doctor. He knew he didn't have the athletic ability or physical strength to protect people. But there were other ways to help and protect others he had realized.
Soi Fong
Unohana looked up from her papers as she heard Soi Fong enter the health office, right on time for her scheduled physical. The nurse smiled gently at the slightly frazzled looking senior and motioned for her to take a seat on one of the cots.
"Before I take your measurements, blood pressure, pulse and what-not, I need to update your medical history and ask you several questions. Is that okay?" Unohana knew that Soi Fong was familiar with the procedure, having gone through it several times before but included the introduction nevertheless to remind the girl of the upcoming questions, some of them quite 'delicate' in nature.

Soi Fong felt a little bit annoyed at the last question but then, she decided to just ignore it. After all, it's not that important anyway. With a polite smile and a slight bow, she said goodbye to Unohana-san and left, finally feeling relieved that that was done.
Transcript of Unohana's notes for Soi Fong's physical
1. Have you had intercourse before?
No
2 Have you had any sexual experience at all in the past (not necessarily intercourse)
... does this include being sexually harassed by two of the most idiotic people at SHS??? (I think Soi Fong didn't enjoy Madarrame's party)
3. Have you ever taken drugs (including alcohol), vitamins or any kind of pill and if so, do you do so on a regular basis?
No
4. Have you experienced any type of illness in the past year?
Yes
Specific:
Acute Larygitis and Flu
5. How many hours of sleep do you get each night?
Depends on the day actually. Usually, on Mondays, i get about 4-5 hours. But then, that really depends. On the average, 5 or 6 i think. I'm not sure.
6. How many hours do you spend on school-related activities (including homework), not including the time spent in school.
More than my sleeping hours. (I'm a bit worried)
7. How often do you eat and what is it that you usually have? Would you consider your diet to be balanced?
I eat three meals a day, but that's quite rare since I'm too busy to have dinner most of the times. Yes, my diet's balanced. My mom insists.
8. Is there a specific person you find your thoughts to be focused on most of the time?
... Yes... and i won't say who since you didn't ask. (As I thought. My best guess is Kuchiki but I'm not yet positive. Perhaps I can confirm it soon)
