I also like energetic workouts :)) So I usually combine yoga and different exercises like sit-ups, push-ups etc and, of course, some aerobics movements. This way, part slower and part faster, I get what I want :))

I was listening to "Eat.Pray.Love." yesterday (i have an audiobook, i generally try to listen to books more than reading them because i spend too much time staring at the computer screen and appreciate when my eyes can have some rest while my brain continues working :), and i got to the Indian part of it, and yoga was the first thing she spoke about ^^ The book is very-very interesting, inspiring even, intellectual in a feminine way, i will definitely write about it when i finish it.
