I asked you over a year ago, "If you lost it just tell me so I can know to write if off."

What did you say? "I have your shit. You'll get it when I feel like sending it."

I waited. For a year.

I can't believe it took you that much time to admit that you just fucking lost it.

How mature.

I have your address anyway.

What a fucking bitch. I'm finished with you.

i just asked you to leave me alone. if you don't heed my requests, i'll just have to file a suit of my own.

Bring it on. In fact, I am telling you to sue me. I dare you.

I know the law a hell of a lot better than you ever will and nothing I have done constitutes any breach of any law.

So, fuck your empty threats. I know for a fact you don't have the resources or ability to even attempt such a thing.

I'll have that shit thrown out of court so fast your head will spin. And I'll counter-sue for bringing a frivolous law suit into court and win expenses incurred. Still interested?

This isn't Communist Germany. I can say whatever the hell I want to whomever the hell I want, any time I want. It's called the first amendment. I could post messages here all day every day for the rest of my life and still not even be close to breaking any law. This is a public forum.

You should spend more time studying the law and less time writing shitty music that no one will ever listen to. Then perhaps you will have a little better idea of what the fuck you're talking about.

shitty music?

at least i live rather than exist.

i suppose bitterness is better than nothing at all. it doesn't suit you very well, though.

wow, all this over THAT DVD? HA! I can't believe someone would be so angry as to waist moments of their life trying to obtain justice at this lowly, petty level. Does it really matter if the world (limited to the people who read this journal) knows how much one person hates another and to consitantly anonymously post on their livejournal? COME ON! We all have our own opinions of Valery already. You aren't changing any of our minds.
I blame this on technology. Give it a few years and world issues will be obsolete to people like Jason Farmer, worrying about their lost and stolen DVD's.
