[ Not much to do on such a gorgeous fall day but lounge around in a tree, right? Right. Because that's what she's doing, just sitting on a strong branch staring at the cloudless blue sky and surrounded by colorful leaves. It's all nice and peaceful. ]

[You can't own trees, Yosuke. She cranes her neck to look down at him.]

All right. I'll refrain from doing so. No objections to throwing acorns, then?

[But this is his special place! He grins up at her, and makes an 'okay' sign.]

Only if you don't object to me throwing them back! You'd better not let the police catch you up that tree, you know. That's kid stuff.

[And now he cranes his neck too, mapping out a path up the tree just in case she really does start throwing things at him.]

Fair enough. So what brings you up here? I wasn't aware anyone else visited this spot.

[Have one girl interrupting your skywatching for now, Naoto. Marta looks up pretty curiously and waves a hand to get her attention.]

[Well, Marta is better than any alternative, really. Naoto tilts her head down and offers a small smile.]

Hello, Marta-san. I didn't expect anyone to be up here.

This does look like a spot where people wouldn't come by often. [She climbs up onto a branch so she can have a seat.] But I guess I managed to be an exception.

[Naoto sits up a bit and inclines her head down at the other girl, smiling. She liked the peace and quiet but she doesn't ever oppose Marta's company.]

So you have. That's all right. I don't mind sharing my secret spot with you.

[from a distance, Rise sees nothing wrong with this scene-it's not until she gets a bit closer that she notices her friend up in the tree. huh! she strolls up with her hands initially behind her back, though she throws an arm up to wave as she approaches the young detective.]

[Oops, no more peace and quiet. But that's okay. Naoto has had enough peace and quiet with her mostly friendless childhood. So she greets Rise with a small smile and lifts her hand to return the gesture.]
