Emotional highs and lows still in effect. Seems to be clearing up a bit, I think.

Tonight's a lonely night. Really miss have someone to hold at this hour.
Wondering if I'm worth much of anything and having other self destructive thoughts with little reason or ground to them.
I don't feel very loved. I'm not sure why. I just feel like there
