I've become quite wary of the "New Messages!" icon on Myspace.  It seems that unless I am expecting someone to drop a line, at which time I am not *as* wary, I am pretty nervous to open the link and find some message from an ex or some boy who chased after me in high school.  It's not just a little weird to have some guy that you hardly ever spoke
