Panamanian Hot pepper sauce
1 small green pawpaw (papaya)
1/2lb, (250g) hot peppers, seeded and crushed.
1cucumber, chopped
2 onions, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon salt
2 cups vinegar
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
1 tablespoon oil.
