Ahem, I made a online payment on the 17th for something, and today I got a payment reminder.. So I e-mailed them back informing them a payment had been made on the 17th and that it should be clearing in their account. And I also decided to attach a screenshot of the transaction from my online banking screen...





Only after having sent the e-mail did I notice the tabs of other browser windows currently open...
