Valentine's Day 2008
I found awesome valentines to give to my co-workers. Here's a sample...
He had a dozen roses sent to work. I was giddy the rest of the day. The note put a huge smile on my face.
I knew we were doing something that evening, but he wouldn't tell me what.
It's definitely been a LONG time since I put on skates... it's so different from rollerskating or rollerblading. We were a little wobbley, but got the hang of it. AND we didn't fall. It was our first time ice-skating together. I love that there are still things that we have not done together.
We walked up to a little English pub downtown for dinner. Comfort food, good beer. And here's a view of the river...
