It is cold and gray here today. I think I will prepare coq au vin for dinner tonight. I love the smell of dinner braising on days like today.

Mmmm, haven't had that in years. I have chicken soup on the stove. It's made with the leftovers from a chicken-in-the-crock from yesterday. Smells good in here.
