So i went to the gym this weekend and met a trainer for a free session. He had me doing lots leg and core work. My legs are still killing me. Standing and sitting suck. Hopefully I will recover quickly
Try and be consistent in your routine. If going after work is what works best for you and Amy, make it part of your day. That's what works best for me. If I go home first or try to fit something else in between, my whole routine is shot and I never make it to the gym. You could also sign up for classes at the gym so you feel compelled to attend :-).
