so far i have a couch (brown, small, 2 seater, pull out bed), 4 kitchen table chairs (kinda broken, but fixable), cow dishes, and a coffee table for the house next year.

what do you have?
(i guess this question is directed at andrea, ariel, dan, iris and sharon, but i guess if any of you have stuff for my house, you can respond too)

hey!! i just talked to this woman i work with and apparently she's getting a new bed and dining set, and i think she has a wardrobe as well that she wants to get rid of.
i know we won't need the dining set, but let me know if anyone wants any of the other stuff or what have you.

will the couch be for the living room/attic? or do you think we'll need a bigger couch ?

so far i have.... lots of mugs and glasses, dishes (large and small plates, probably bowls but i should double check that one), a stereo that needs some cleaning, a one cup coffee maker, a toilet bowl brush from res last year, tool kit also from res last year, a soap dish.. and there is probably more small things that i can't remember right now.

also, for my birthday (july 10th) i'm asking for this sweetness of a food processor that is small and has multiple functions. we have one at home and it's actually the greatest. esp for making pesto, mmmm!!

cool! the couch is small, it's more like a love seat, but can fit three people tightly. we will need another proper couch, i think. i also have a leather chair that rocks back and forth and a foot stool that rocks with it and possibly a rug.

your things sound great! especially the stereo, coffee maker, and the food processor for pesto....that'll be sooo good!!

I was up at the house last weekend (holy crap it's fantastic! they even left us cleaning supplies in the washroom.) There is a TON of cupboard space in the kitchen and they left a large bed in your room Shama. Also, they left the kitchen table with a small bench and a couple of chairs that can sit 4 people total (the table is quite small). I brought up a few small things - some mugs, plastic plates/bowls/cups, kettle, etc.

I'm actually not sure what else I have to bring up yet. I'll have to look around the house and compile a list. All these people are offering me their old couches but I think they're all too big hah. I was at the Salvation Army last weekend but didn't really see anything worthwhile there. It's right by our house as well (on chemong), so we could always try and pick things up throughout the year.

but yay! Our house fucking rocks dudettes (and dude) !!!

wow!! it sounds great!! was it nice staying there? i can't wait. your comment got me really excited. i can't wait to go up and see it. and all we have to do is punch in the code to get in the door?

do you think that we'll need the kitchen chairs then? it's not a big deal if we don't, cause they're just old ones from my cottage. and we can use them for our other house.

yes, you can use my bed. i don't know how they left it, but since it's not actually mine, it would be a good idea to take up sheets or a sleeping bag, but i'm sure you were planning on it.

Um, I'm bringing up a microwave and some of my junk on Monday. The junk probably isn't going to be 'house stuff' though...

I don't really know what I can bring up, other than books (the finest furniture).

if some one has a list of things we need I can try to get a hold of them, but there really isn't much in my house that I can take with me.

remember when we had the house meeting, and we wrote the list of house stuff that we needed? i'm pretty sure i saw that list in your rez room before you moved out. either you should have the list, or it's in the garbage. perhaps we should make a new online list (?)
