I bought a book called "Soul Signs" and it's pretty interesting. It goes into 5 different classes of souls -- earth, air, fire, water and sulfur. This isn't to be confused with astrology elements, according to the book. Your "soul sign" and astrology sign are different

To the best of my knowledge, I've never known anyone like that.

I can think of a couple candidates. Maybe Sibe. Or Steve Martin (the artist, not the actor). Or Michael Hirtes. All are users to the Nth degree. The first and last of that lot intentionally try to ruin folk, and always have.

Does the book talk about whether or not sulfur souls KNOW they're sulfur souls? Like, do they always know that they're trying to hurt people? Or can they sometimes delude themselves into thinking that some of the things they do are done for good? Or at least, that this is the way it's supposed to be and the way they behave is the 'right way' and that if people are constantly getting hurt by them, that's the person's fault for feeling hurt and not theirs?

I don't know if that makes sense or not. I'm really curious though. I've known this person for several years and for most of the time I've known her, I've believed she was a truly bad person. I used to always believe that there was some good in everyone, even if some people seemed to screw up more than others, until I met her...I've struggled with the concept of her nature for years, in my head. This concept of a 'sulfur soul' is very intriguing to me and I'd like to know more. I may have to pick up that book.

I think I know of one....but Im not 100% sure. My ex roomate. she used to worry because sometimes she said she felt like she was "sucking up people's energy".

Damn... with an entry like that the political comments are _too_ easy to make. So I won't.

Personally, no, I've never met anyone who was just pure evil. But I know there's a reason there are people on death row. I know that this saying is true "All that is required for evil to prevail is for good men to do nothing." I know there are people who are on the opposite side of the spectrum, whos sole purpose in existence is to spread the good even at any cost to themselves.
