I had some problems with AT&T a bit back with mixed phone lines and $100 bills. I ended up getting it solved, getting the money credited, etc. The problem though was that they did not credit my credit card, but credited the account. I canceled my service with them after this and ended up with a balance of 1.53 in credit. I am now getting "

As far as the AT&T situation goes, here's what you do. Call them up, tell them you're tired of getting bills when you don't owe any thing. Have them create a charge on the account equal to the amount of the credit so it brings you to a zero balance, or they could send you a refund check.. but I doubt you would want a refund check for 1.53. I work for AT&T Customer Service, so I deal with this all day.
