I knew shit was pretty bad in this general area, but never knew it was quite this bad to make it into something like Forbes. Youngstown, Canton, Cleveland, and even Dayton and Scranton are semi close too.

almost that exact story has been on the front page of AOL twice in the past week... its really very sad. but that is probably where AOL got the information.
