Um...so holy fuck. I seriously may have to reconsider all the Montreal vs. Toronto arguments I've had in the past 5 years because I've just spent the last half hour perusing the pages of the torontopride website! ...I was thinking of coming on the Wednesday or Thursday and staying till the Sunday or Monday. I thought wednesday, thursday, and (possibly Friday) nights could be spent in Hamilton and then Saturday and Sunday could be spent in T.O.
Serano is part of the Trans stage in the middle of the day Saturday!
Also, Saturday & Sunday night I was thinking of staying at Kam & Becca's place.
How does this sound?

thursday, i have a meeting with my thesis advisor... so coming on thursday's a good idea for me - no meeting looming over my head while you're here - i'll do it that day. (also, leaves me wednesday to prep for the meeting) otherwise, sounds good. two days in the hammer, and we could even do critical mass! great.

I was just thinking that! I'm going to be in Toronto during Pride...and was curious as to when she'd be playing. Then I wondered how she would be in TO and China at the same time???

Oh great, we'll get to meet in person! DJ CPI is my girlfriend Caitlyn, if you haven't made the connection through Becca yet ... there will be tonnes of great shows. Don't forget Ivan Coyote, Veda Hille and the Hidden Cameras. Yay!

Yes, small world. Cait brought Julia Serano to Ottawa last summer, and we all hang out for a couple of days. She's great. I devoured her book last summer.

Yes, we need to form a pack of queers for many meals and concerts and drinks during T.O. pride.

Are you thinking of going to Camp Trans this summer? We'll be there.
