Just remember, you can look like someone of the opposite sex without actually looking like you're of the opposite sex. I look sooooooooo much like my dad, and I'm sure that if I had a brother I'd probably look alot like him too, but I most certainly look like a woman and my father most certainly looks like a man. Perhaps someone looking at your ID without strain just sees that you resemble the person in the picture and understands that the woman before them is stuck with a crappy ID because Canadian law is behind in the times. Besides, you're a beautiful woman, so no worries!
