* LOTS o' driving over the past few days -- but overall had a decent time -- g'mas 80th birthday, Arabian Nights, Universal Studios, the beach, picked up a TON of awesome orange juice, 4 different hotels, an engagement party, ANOTHER birthday party, a drive that came out to about 10 hours each ( Read more... )

So you're off it? I have been watching complaints on chantix build up. Along with side effects being written off with "Ad hominem" not scientific studies. Too many strange stories of people going batshit and not just "its the drug fault, so I'm not guilty" people. I saw a change in your posts and how you said you were feeling/acting. If I didn't speak up I wouldn't be a good friend. Right or wrong, silence is far worse in my book.

yah for me, it was weird -- Sarah and I had somewhat different reactions. With her, it was world collapsing sorrow. Myself -- its not that I felt no joy- -almost an automiton of sorts, that couldnt get motivated

The scary part is those crazy paranoids keep getting proved right. People often don't realize they are having side effects, especially if its mind altering. The information that is coming out leaked from lawsuits is scary. Massive misconduct in medical research, hiding reports and spinning the results. Since its addicts or mental patients everything gets blamed on them and not on the mind altering substance. Makes the tobacco companies look like saints in comparison.
