Wow..you're dumb! Yes, it's nice to "jot" down your feelings but have you ever heard of an actual journal. You know,a paper and pencil--have you heard of those things??? The kind where you keep to yourself so that the entire world's population that's on-line doesn't have to suffer through this shit. Yes, I am aware that not everyone is forced to look at these ridiculous e-journals but certain people like friends feel obligated. There is also more to life than writing, try talking to people in person as opposed to letting everyone know your "oh so dramatic life." Did I mention, You're dumb!?!
hope you dont mind me butting in mindyamitykamityApril 16 2005, 06:16:45 UTC
Hey anonymous kiddo.
I'm pretty sure we've all heard about a paper and pen journal. But you know, its a choice that Mindy makes to write in her Livejournal. Her choice. And its your choice to comment/read it and "suffer".
And your suffering is your own fault. Not to mention, commenting on it, just adds to your suffering, does it not? However, if you feel obligated to read it, out of some bond, maybe you shouldnt consider yourself a friend. I mean, I read Mindys journal because its entertaining, because i care about how she's doing, and because I'm her friend.
Along the lines of talking to people as opposed to writing, sometimes writing emotions feels better, especially when you dont have to give a complete and detailed history of where they came from. Do you get it?
I don't understand people who are so willing to hurt someone's feelings over something stupid. Go find a better way to validate yourself. How can you ask me if I have a life, when you're the one spending time leaving ridiculous messages on livejournal entries...
And if "certain friends feel obligated" well, I never asked them to read this. They can skip it, I don't care. If they really feel that way then they probably aren't a friend of mine anyways. I hope I don't know you in real life, but I doubt I do because I have better taste in friends than this.

Obviously you do not understand writing, or the necessity one feels to sometimes jot (or type) what's on their mind sometimes.
