Weekend Review

May 31, 2005 10:43

I'm about ready to scurry off to the other job, but I think I should update about my weekend. It started off okay as I remember. I got home a little bit early, after my dad and I went to the Insurance Office to put me on the plan and then to the mechanic's to make an appointment for the Volvo (which I think I should nickname Mulva (Volvo always ( Read more... )

hey hey hey.
Doesn't sound much to me like you're bored... sounds like you've been filling your days with plenty of sweet activities. I must say, Closer was not the movie I expected it to be. people kept praising it for being "real" but like you say, it was the farthest thing from real I could imagine. It wasn't real, it was just bitter. It magnified everything that is horrible about relationships and acted like thats all that was there. pfffff.

Your entry also makes me hungry, particularly for various grilled delights. damn you.

well, hopefully going to Disney will take your mind off matt a little.. or at least make the time move by quicker.

chin up little frog, chin up.

looooove,
me

squirrel mc squirrel, your entry made me sad. it read like something between a woody allen monologue and, i don't know, some disillusioned writer of the lost generation, perhaps? as i'm writing this there is an ad on tv for the disneyland. just think, you will be there in a few days. closer was not a great movie--i warned you too. i tried to watch lemony snicket but it made me too sad. i guess i didn't understand how unfortunate the series of events were. plus, i can't watch movies with jude law anymore between closer and alfie. but oh, that clive owen was mighty fine in the closer, make no mistake about it. but i ramble. i'm bored. home is boring. kinda lonely. we could start a club. but just think, tomorrow is june, so you're like half way there. my calculations might be slightly off. meir. goodbye for now.

Oh Carrie, I am just morose as you know I am prone to be. You should come visit. I hope you are well, and not sad. I am a little sad, but I'm not dying or anything. Hope you are well. Love me-

You sound like you are super busy. Your working two jobs, have a new car, horse lessons, movies to watch, etc. etc. I'm jealous. I go school to sleep and back to school.

Ok I love you muchly I am hoping I will see you soon on the aim.

In case I don't let me knowingly commit an online PDA by saying you look great, and should be quite pleased with yourself when you look in the mirror. Reading your thing made me sad I can't constantly be there to champion the endless battle between mindy and her overly negative self-image. You look great! Don't fret about it. Also, unrelated to self-image but nonetheless relevant, you got four A's this semester! Gut gemacht!

That's all for now. Love you too. If you REALLY want I could update my one of these for your eyes only, in the event that you like it more than emails.
