I completely agree with your top 3 choices. I love how you chose COLOR dresses, too. I personally can't get on board with beige, nude, white, light pink dresses. I just feel it washes people out. So I was happy to see Amy, Sandra & Natalie choose gorgeous hues. Love the styles of their dresses, too, and the sparkles on Amy's dress.

I'm in love with color dresses! There should be more people not afraid to wear colors :P I do like beige, nude, white, etc. depending on who's wearing and how, though, but yeah... color dresses are waaay more fun!

I loved Amy's dress so much! :) And I'm really in love with Cate's dress for some reason, though I do agree that it if it were anyone else wearing it, I'd probably wouldn't like it.

Hailee Steinfeld is my favorite dress! At first I didn't know what to think of the length either but the more I thought about it the more I loved it. Why? Because I think it's prefect for a 14 year old. She looks her age! She's cute as a button. The dress might have looked prettier if it was longer but it looked very pretty as is.

Mila Kunis looked so lovely.

Natalie Portman looked beautiful! Her hair and makeup was flawless! The dress was pretty! Radiant is the prefect way to describe her!

I didn't like Cate Blanchett's dress nor Hilary Swank.

I was really disappointed this year at the lack of wow factor dresses. Least I found nothing that really wowed me but for the few I meanted.

Yes, that's what I love of Hailee too. She doesn't seem to want to look like a grown woman, unlike other girls her age - which is nice!

Aw, that's true. I had a "gasp!" moment when Natalie came in, though. Probably because I didn't like her previous choices that much... IDK.

Hi! Found your post through the picspams comm. :)

Have to say, Cate Blanchett was my fave of the night. So fresh, so beautiful and original. And gosh, that beading was amazing.

Also loved Hailee, Scarlett (a first for me!), Jennifer (she looked so 90s, but good 90s!), Mila, Sandra. Have to say, I really disliked Amy Adams' look. I rarely do like her dress choices. This dress was really nice, but the top part felt too busy. I thought she'd look better with her hair up and no necklace. Natalie's dress felt forgetable for me. :/

Oh and I'm so happy Colin Firth is still being dressed by Tom Ford. He even thanked him in his speech! Bless him. :)

And I missed Colin mentioning Tom Ford... I was half asleep by then, lol. But yeah, it is nice. I've recently seen A Single Man and loved it <3
