What is this Burn Notice about?

It's about a spy (Michael) played by Jeffrey Donovan who gets burned, or black listed. Basically means someone took him out of the spy game so he now has no job, no money, and is now forced to live in Miami where he grew up. So, now he does spy-type jobs to help people and tries to find out who sent out the burn notice all while being followed by the FBI (or some other government agency)who is being fed information from a friend (though the friend doesn't give them much, he's more loyal to Michael), guilted by his mother and bugged by his ex-girlfriend. It's a good show if you like spy drama/comedies.
