Whew, a rather good first day on the job, I'd say. I wish I were doing more baking and less shop-keeping, but everyone needs a little insurance in their recipes, I guess. As I prove I can actually do them right, eventually I'm sure I'll make the early morning baking crew and do all the baking I want
