I looked at that place on Fitch, but the one bathroom and small kitchen were too much of a turn off for me to consider. Other than that it did look like an alright place for the price.

well...if the place you have a contract on doesn't go through then you know of another place you can look at...and you know you won't get screwed on. wink wink poke poke
