BEDA Entry 19: A Trip Down Memory Lane

Apr 19, 2009 23:33

Five minutes ago I asked my Twitter buddies what I should write my blog about since I've neglected to write it until 30 minutes before the day is up. I got 4 suggestions, but I decided to take Kiera's suggestion and write about things I liked as a kid ( Read more... )

I think you should do Cody's suggestion for tomorrow :-p

Oddly enough this was the 2nd blog I read today with a mention of flying cars in the future...weird.

Lion King and Aladdin are probably two of my favs from back in the day. But the way you were with having all that Lion King stuff was how I was with Ninja Turtles (had a mirror, a skateboard, sheets, a blanket, onesie pjs and a sleeping bag, and a game for Game Boy...and that's just what I can remember having).

Not many people can say their first kiss came from a game of tag, lol. Sounds like an interesting version :-p

haha. I suppose the game of a tag is a story to tell now.

I had Ninja Turtles pajamas, but that was the extent of it for me. :P

I liked all the princess movies, but Lion King was one of my favorites, too. :)I'm really jealous that you got to do the Sound of Music tour in Austria. I wantz it. And kiss tag and the spice girls TOTALLY take me back to elementary school. Ha ha.

Glad you found my "writing prompt" helpful. XD

I totally love the princess movies now, but I was just an odd little girl, I guess.

Yes, thank you for the "prompt." It was ah-mazing.

that tag game sounds like an underhanded ploy to get lucky! i'm kidding. But yes, I too loved the spice girls. we put on a concert at lunch time in fifth grade and i was baby spice. it didn't work out.

I think it was definitely a play to get lucky. I'm not sure who invented the game, but I don't think it was me! Baby Spice, eh? I can't see it! haha.
