book recommendation

I thought I would recommend a book to those of you who are dog owners or plan to be dog owners in the future. Lots of you already have dogs, and a couple of you either just got one or are getting one soon. It's called "The Culture Clash" by Jean Donaldson. It is about understanding the human-dog relationship--- perhaps in a slightly different view

(I can't believe I've been reading this shit since 99, and also that I continue to *carry all these books around* with me!! These are literally the only books I've not donated! Insane.)

Hee, thanks for the list! It couldn't come at a better time, because my mom's co-worker is getting ready to adopt a new puppy and I think she would benefit from reading some training/behavior books!
