meditation, worship, and contemplation. i need to do that more to calm myself down. i guess i don't have much to do that i'm getting into these bad moods. i need to keep myself busy...wait for it...books! movies! music! wow i sound like a borders, just not the café part.

so youth group was amazing. made me feel better. except when jan ditched us.
