How crazy is this? We got the mortgage approval letter. We got the appraisal--$6,000 higher than what we paid.

Are we going to be homeowners now? How crazy is that? I just had to tell someone.

Sorry I was away for most of the weekend, but CONGRATS! Its a bit scary when someone lends you all that money isn't it? But you are no owner until you sign on 50,000 dotted lines!
