I still can't believe how much dammage a natural disaster can cause. 10,000 people still missing, it's horrid... although after the tsunami I guess anything can happen in this world. My thoughts and prayers go to everyone who's suffering, suffered and all still suffering!

yeah, the Katrina/New Orleans thing is bad. My auntie lives on whats known as the 'Pan Handle' - Panama, Mexico Bay, on the big curve of beach from Florida all the way round tho Mexico. Luckily, they're fine. She says that they caught the edge of it, high winds and lots of rain, but that's it.

Biloxi is where my Stepmum stayed when she went over there a couple of months ago. Some of the footage they're showing on Tv where Biloxi is, they show a hotel, which has gone..and you can only see the steps - that's where my Stepmum stayed.

haha, i had no idea either really. i never watch the news.
but yeah there was a big hurricane in louisiana, and seeing as they stupidly built new orleans below sea level.. well, it basically all flooded. and they didn't get any aid or anything for ages, and people are getting killed and raped and everything out there. i read in the paper that some gangs are killing BABIES so they can take their places on rescue boats. fucking terrible, huh? there are like ten thousand feared dead. i think it's getting better now though... they started draining the water today. and america's government has had a LOT of criticism for not doing more to help the victims. *shrugs* so i think they're actually taking some responsibility now.

sorry if i'm being patronising by telling you about the hurricane and the flooding haha. i wasn't sure how much you knew. xo

no no, i knew nothing. i hate the news.
but i heard today they they were raping kids as young as 6 months old.
that really makes me fear for the world. if a natural disaster brings out the pedophilic side of everyone.
