I tend to think that if they've already got a girlfriend and you don't know about it, maybe they weren't that close to you in the first place. >.>; things take time, I find you do declare love after just a few weeks, maybe you should get to know them better before that?
Things you do before declaring love: - At least be able to talk about personal things with them. - STALK THEM, litterally, find out what they usually do if you don't already know. - Bring the subject up in conversation, do you like anyone at the moment? you got to set that one up. - PLOT hehe, make use of the things around you, go friends that like matchmaking? Drop a few hints =)I still think that the guy should be first to ask the girl out. - Be OBSERVANT.

Plotting worked for me? It makes a much more interesting proposal than just going up to them and saying 'I like you'and if you do it carefully enough, it won't look like you were desperate for the person =)

Minglez, be thankful at least they didn't reject you. All the good guys of course will be taken really fast, it's pure luck and good fortune to find someone who isn't and likes you too. They aren't going to be posting everywhere I HAVE A GIRLFRIEND, it's your job to find out. You are far too young to think about your current 'love life' (more like LACK of, you still have another 15 years to find a guy). If only you knew about the drama that went on with TK. Well, I guess I'm not the type for love. From experience, it creeps the hell out of me to be with a guy who loves you unconditionally, it's not great at all.

30 is not late at all, though yes you would be worried by then. By my standards even 25 is young. You finish uni at 22, then you need to find a job, probably switch and all that crap. You aren't all that well established in a career by then, and you don't want to be tied down with commitment and relationship (problems especially throw your focus).

Plotting reminds me of stalking, how fangirl-ish and creepy. Maybe not the word plotting, but getting to know them. Ask for a blog account, email, stuff like that and just talk to the guy. Really get to know him and scrutinise any evidence.
Hm, I agree with your other comment, if they had a gf and you didn't know about it either they were lying to you from the beginning or you two can't be that close ^^; in either case probably wouldn't work out anyway...

I did say that all the guys in our school are ugly and they are. Dosn't mean that I won't like them because of that, some of them are quite nice and aren't "that" bad. And no, I do NOT like Wendy in any other way than a friend and it goes the same for you, Winna and Coron. ><
omg T_T marweechi is speaking of me behind my back! btw who's the first post? annonymous? and minglez 30 actually in today's standard is average... getting married at 20 is like... your parents generation... Besides like winna said there's soooo many more guys in uni... even if you cant find one at least there'll be plenty of eyecandy wandering around XD wendy.
Maweechi shouldn't speak of people behind their back, it's not very nice and I have no idea who the first person is XD I wonder if I really will find some hot guy in uni since most of the guys that are going to go uni don't look that hot anyway. ><
