ALMOST DONE WITH COLLEGE! The next two and a half weeks will be a trail of sanity, among other things, but once finals week/finals projects/Senior Portfolio Night/Research Symposium/Honors Project & Presentations are over we should be good to go. Then I can invest more time in finding a job, getting married, and reconnecting with old friends! Oh,

What are you thinking for your wedding so far? When are you thinking? Where will it be? What kind of venue do you want? Ahh details woman!

Haha, sorry! I'm not so good at the details, laziness and homework keep getting in my way. :)

It'll be at the end of July/early August. We'll be having one here in Iowa where we met which we're hoping will involve a video game tournament, and one in MN, which will be a potluck at my parent's house.

How's your own wedding planning going?

Those both sound amazing, and so personal and creative! Are you going to wear a traditional white dress or do something different?

I'm really kind of jealous of your wedding, which sounds so sweet and low key...our wedding is going to be great, but it's not so low key in the budget, which really, really with a capital S Sucks.

What video games are you planning on playing? Did you and your fiance bond over video games when you were first getting to know each other?

Smash Bros. seems to be the game of choice. :) I hope it'll be fun, because I can see it either being a great time, or super boring... oh well! As for the dress, I'll probably wear something I already own. I've never been that big into pretty, fashionable things (I'd much rather photograph other people wearing them!), and I'm not the neatest person anyways - I'd probably get a nice white dress dirty in probably 30 seconds flat!

Yeah... we're trying to keep it low-key, but weddings seem to be a swirling vortex of money-consumption regardless of what you do. * le sigh * But to each their own! So long as you make it what you want and have a good time, it'll be worth it.

And yes... soon! GAH! After finals are over, I need to start popping out invitations. Tell me more about *your* wedding!
