Um, Chris had to move and no one else could drive (either didn't have their license or couldn't make it)...except Amy ended up driving too - she warned us that we might die if she drove, but we didn't.

Haha I can't make all that much...I can make a couple of curries (kidney beans, potatoes), soy milk pancakes, scrambled tofu, black bean burritos/wraps and a lot of pasta. I made lentil burgers once but the burgers wouldn't stay together.
