I'm getting a bit stuffed around by the National Bank. First, they have charged me a fee for 2 years that they shouldn't have. I pointed this out to them, and they said they would rectify it. National used to swap me to a graduate account halfway through each year I was doing my undergrad. Each time they wanted a letter from the university stating that I am a full time student. They stopped doing that now, for some reason.
