Honestly, one bad customer can ruin my whole day. Today this woman was such an asshole. I wanted to wring her neck. Do these people even know what the word 'manners' mean?

Argh, can't write anymore. Very upset. Grrrr!!!

sorry you had a mean customer, lately this year things have been okay, I haven't had a seriously bad customer, but there have been some iffy ones, but from last year I definitely know how it feels to have one bad person ruin your day.

Luckily, I do have co-workers who are great :D and help out a lot :) without them i woulda went insane bah! LoL :) but yes, just try not to let them get to you...let their rudness fuel your fake happiness...that's what I did, the more angry I got at them the wider my compeletely fake smile got...and just clinched my teeth and smiled big. LoL it sounds insane...but it actually kind worked.

Yup, great co-workers can be very helpful, but it sorta sucks for me cause there is usually only one person working where I am, and I have to trek all the way to other side, where the bakery is, to get help.

Well, she wanted to know what was in this new cake, but since all the cake people went home and they don't tell us what's in it, I had no clue!! Besides, I'm not even an official part of the bakery, so I shouldn't have to know anything about those cakes and bread! Anyway, she got all bitchy and was like, "Ugh, I don't have time for this! What if I don't like it??"

Well, don't BUY it then, fucker. No one's sticking a gun to your head and forcing you to get the stupid cake. I really didn't know, and I'm not exactly going to lie to her and make up whatever's in it.

Aww, what a stupid lady! What did you say? You should have said "Well nobody is making you do anything." in a really matter-of-factly voice.

Well, it was 10PM and I was getting pretty tired, so I didn't have the strength to argue with her. I just like, "I'm sorry, but the bakers don't tell us what is in the cakes..." and my eyes sorta rolled upwards (I think) cause I was praying for her to leave. If it was my last day, I could have yelled at her. Well, not yell, but I might have been like, "Just don't buy the cake then!!"
