It is done, I am covered yet again. Now to get back to being a vengeful prick. Tomorrow I have my staff interview :) As for bathroom conversations, things just get more interesting in the bathroom, they are the best conversations. how'd you know it was tim ;) Great euphemism, oh-so-lovely. Yes there are a few circumstances where he has fucked up in disciplinary action, and I get the feeling that he isn't qualified for administrative profession, but I'm not sure of that. He probably does have the education.

But is someone right for the job just because they are educate? Or do they need to have other qualities to go along with that and does Fish Man have these other qualities?

Education is not the entirty, it is mearly a way to cut down on applicants in a hiring process. They definitely do need to have other qualities, and I feel that Tim does not have these qualities.
