When you have a few minutes to spare...
Recipe for Fluffy Hot Chocolate
556ml of full cream or semi-skimmed milk
2 tablespoons of chocolate powder
1 handful of marshmallows
sugar to taste
Serves 2
Put a tablespoon of chocolate powder and sugar into each mug.
Pour milk into pan.
When milk is warmish, add a little of it to each mug - just enough to dissolve the powder.
Plonk marshmallows into each mug.
When milk is at a simmer, not boiling, pour into a plastic jug or flask.
Screw lid.
Shake hard for a minute.
Pour milk into the mugs.
