Because I can, pretty much. Relationships and friends Rin has made over her time here in Discedo will be listed in this post. I'll try to keep it updated, but I can't promise anything. x3;;
Canon~
REI KON [baihuzu]: Rin's father, even if he doesn't know it yet. :3 As such, Rin has the utmost respect and love for him, while trying to hide that he's ... kind of her dad. She's afraid of weirding him out with the news that he's got a daughter here in Discedo. Especially considering, he's, uh, kinda young here.
HIWATARI KAI [a_lone_flame]: One of Rin's 'Uncles.' She calls him 'Uncle' because he's a close friend of her father's, and is also the father of one of her close friends back home. Back home, Rin doesn't have too terribly much of a friendly relationship with her Uncle Kai (she thinks he's meeeeean), here in discedo, Uncle Kai is the only one who knows who she really is. As a result, Rin feels like she's got a better relationship with him here. He's still a meanie, though. :| And she's still gonna bug him, whether intentionally or not.
KINOMIYA TAKAO [heroforseiryuu]: One of Rin's favorite Uncles, both back home, and here. As with Kai, Rin calls Takao 'Uncle' due to being close friends with her father, and being the father of her other close friend back home. With age, Takao hadn't changed much, and Rin loves him for his happy-go-lucky attitude~ Well, among other things. Takao's just kind of awesome in general, in her mind, and her friend Makoto is juuuust like his dad. Not much else to say here, other than 'Rin really likes this Uncle of hers~'
YURIY IVANOV [novaerog]: Rin's first time meeting Uncle Yuriy was here in Discedo. While she doesn't consider him an Uncle just yet, it's pretty much assumed by the mun that she eventually will, whether it be just to annoy him, or because she really feels he's an uncle. She's a little awkward around Yuriy. She's not sure why. But it doesn't stop her from teasing him about his friendship/relationship/something with Uncle Kai~ At this time, Yuriy is the only other one, aside from Kai, who knows who Rin really is. Though, Rin doesn't know that Yuriy knows.
BORIS KUZNETSOV [followthefuture]: Rin hasn't had too much of an opportunity to talk with Boris, really. :( Will update when she has had a little more interaction with him.

RIFUL [nomnomguts]: She's only talked to Riful via the communicator, but she seems really nice! :D
MIRAI TRUNKS BRIEFS [hope4afuture]: CANON BRAINBREAKER BUDDIES As with Riful, Rin's only talked to Trunks via the communicator (actually, at this point, most of her interactions have been over the communicator. Mun needs to get a log going for Rin), but he tried to help a little when she was lost. :) He's nice. Rin likes that.
PATCHOULI KNOWLEDGE [witchoftheweek]: She's actually talked with Patchy more than once, and Rin thinks she's really nice~ And even if she's been told otherwise, she's still convinced 'Marisa' is Patchy's friend and that she misses her. :3
SELIM BRADLEY/PRIDE [fathers_pride]: D'awww, these two should interact more. XD;
REGNO D'ITALIANA/FELICIANO VARGAS [leaveit2deutsch]: He's nice to her! And Rin considers him a friend, and a really nice person~
ZUKO [forged_anew]: He agrees with her that Kai and Yuriy are a married couple. :3 Rin likes him.
