Tery and I have a 6-year difference, and my older sister and her husband have been together since high school and I believe have a 10-year difference. Age matters not, though mutual feelings of rightness certainly do!

Ah, men. This is what they are like. They often delude themselves into thinking we want them. It's best to cut them off altogether, really. Not even a friendship, if they're going to be THAT pushy about it.

I gave him my e-mail address and Myspace URL, so that we could keep in touch as friends (though I have a sneaking feeling that I'm never going to hear from him again).

That's not a good idea if a guy desperately wants to sleep with you and you don't want to sleep with him. He'll take it as further proof that there is a chance.

I *hope* you never hear from him again.
