As the date for EPIC FUNTIMES draws near, there are still a few loose that need to be tied up.

Questions! Would you be willing to order some gluten-free pizzas on saturday night too? If you can't for whatever reason, I work in a GF bakery, and can probably bring some frozen pizzas that we can just reheat; do you know if the hotel has an oven that we can use?

Actually, maybe I'll just bring a truckload of GF/allergy-friendly snacks and we can eat those all weekend. (Can I get a show of hands on food allergies?)

Right now I've budgeted money for enough $10 pizzas from Papa John's (since it's the only pizza place that I've found that will deliver to the hotel) to feed everyone, but I don't know if they have gluten free stuff? I doubt the hotel has an oven (they only have a complimentary breakfast bar) but you're welcome to give them a call and check. If that doesn't work out, we can see about some sort of alternative option for you, and if you know anything in the area that would be great. Or you can just bring snacks that you know will work for you, however you want to do it. Let me know how you want to work it out.

As far as what people have told me during registration, no one else has any food allergies, but there's several vegetarians, if that helps what you're looking for at all?

Yeah, I read the bit about the animal enzymes in the tuscan cheese, but somehow I missed the mention of the pan crust dough, so thanks for pointing it out!

And as far as I know, there are no vegans, only vegetarians.

I can bring all three seasons of Merlin. PAL format, though.

Thanks! You're welcome to bring them if you like, but I have no idea what PAL format is, so I can't say if zephre's DVD player would be able to play them...

PAL format is what they use in the UK and Europe. So if she has a multi-regional player, it will play PAL. I never wait for the US to catch up. I buy it as soon as it's available in the UK.

However, I see that ninja orange is bringing hers so I don't know if you need two sets.

Well, I'm obviously not going to tell you NOT to bring them, because I'm sure your roommates would love some late-night Merlin on a laptop or something! So you're welcome to bring them, but for right now it looks like we've got everything covered. ♥ Thanks!

YAY! If you could bring at least seasons 1 and 2, that would be fantastic! zephre's DVD player is all-region, so it should work for any DVD set. THANK YOU SO MUCH! ♥

I...have no idea when I will be at the hotel, but my train gets in at 12 and I will be coming right from there so...however long it takes to get to there from the hotel?? I can definitely help with setup and..err..errands.

Also, do you know offhand what the best way to get from the train station to the hotel is? I am sure I could find out but if you know offhand....?
