Once you graduate there is this open freedom that is slightly terrifying and wonderful at the same time. As I was sitting at my desk this morning (and still am) I realized that there is nothing holding me back. Except having enough money.
You summed up the secret of "real life" in three sentences. You can do ANYTHING you want and EVERYTHING you've ever dreamed now - and you truly answer to no one (except law enforcement and the IRS). The only tacky stipulation is that you need to have the money to do everything you want... so that typically involves a job or two... and THAT is where you lose the control of getting to do anything and everything, because you make the commitment to DO THINGS during a length of time in exchange for money.
But that thrill of freedom opening its wide arms to you? That's true... and the choices of when, where, what, and how are yours for the most part. Congratulations Renee... knowing you, WHERE won't be Fort Wayne for very long.
