Wonderful creatures, hm? [Not typically how most humans would describe animals on Midgard... Though dogs are wonderful in their own right.] Not like the kind of creatures you see around here?

And there were plays and theater, and video games and arcades, and tons of vehicles to race, helicopters to fly, museums to visit -- all sorts of great stuff!

[Extremely so. Don't even get her started on all the travel and sports.]

Exactly! [Huffs.] It's such a pain. They don't even have dance clubs or something fun like that. Or waterslides. And no one wants to make them because apparently that's too frivolous or something. [You can just HEAR the pout in her voice.]

[Just listening to these activities is making him tired.]

I don't know about the waterslide, but you could probably set up a dance club if you wanted to. Though the people here don't seem like the types to party.

[Loki's practically forgotten that he put the thing up. He makes his way to the door with the cake in his arms, humming a (tone-deaf) tune.]

[He stops to look up at Minato.] Just with the door. Could you get it for me?

[And Frey's out taking a short walk today. He's still recovering from injures, but he's fit enough to go out, at least.

He winds up in the bakery, wondering if he should pick up something. He hasn't had sweets in a while and maybe Lym might like some cake....]

[Frey might notice a little kid reeeaaaching up toward the top shelf of a bread rack on the tip of his toes. He doesn't even want the bread yet. He just wants to grab a label so that he can know what's up there.

Someone was playing a cruel joke, making him short even by little kid standards.]

[He notices the poor kid reaching ineffectively up to a shelf, and walks over with a smile. Must be tough being so short.] Do you need help?

Ah, Minako-nee. [He shifts the cake a bit to the side so that he can see her. It's an elaborate cake, the type you'd see on display in store windows and catalogs.] From the bakery! It seemed like a waste to leave it there. Do you want some?
