tl;dr all the way.

Minako Arisato

A cheerful girl who insisted on taking Loki in when he first arrived.

Her energy reminds Loki very much of Mayura, which can be a good or bad thing depending on his mood. Her sometimes fiery enthusiasm makes her an interesting companion, so he doesn't mind humoring her when she drags him around. It helps that she doesn't seem to take his sometimes cold-hearted comments to heart and respects his boundaries. He's pacified by her warmth, even if he isn't conscious of it.

He sometimes notices her insecurities peeking out on the surface. While he believes that these are things people need to solve on their own, he's still concerned for her growth and well-being. However, his many secrets and self-awareness as a god drives an invisible wedge between them. He feels no right to be closer.

Minato Arisato

A quiet, kind, and perceptive young man.

Loki doesn't know much about Minato beyond surface facts, but that doesn't bother him too much. Loki respects him as a person and appreciates that Minato gives him space despite still thinking of him as a child. Loki sees him as calm, competent, and reliable, which he finds refreshing after a lifetime surrounded by eccentricity.

Hiccup Horrendous Haddock III

A thin and stuttering viking boy that Loki scolded for being grating.

Hiccup is of immense interest to Loki. While Loki feels no allegiance towards the vikings in particular, talking to someone who (perhaps) considers the Norse Pantheon to be real and influential is an unexpected turn of events. Should he feel obligated to watch out for Hiccup, solely for the fact that Hiccup believes in him, however indirectly? ... Well, Loki doesn't think so. Still, Hiccup makes Loki rethink his duties as a god, if they exist at all. A long time ago, he had a reputation to uphold; nowadays, it's different.

As an individual, Loki would like to see Hiccup be more confident. He first scolds Hiccup for his stuttering because it's "annoying", but it isn't the sound of it that annoys him so much as the idea of anyone being that unconfident. However, he can tell that Hiccup has some fire in him, and that he's a thoughtful young man. Loki kind of likes him as a person, but that won't stop him from being irritating for the hell of it.

Fun fact: If Hiccup were a girl, Loki would probably be the nicest person ever to him.

Yuuka Kazami

A touchy flower youkai who's seen Loki in both forms.

Violent. She is so violent. In his adult form, he's confident that he can find ways to handle her, but as a child, he needs to watch his step. Loki is very wary of her when it comes to his own safety and the safety of his friends. However, he does his best to maintain an unworried air around her(with mixed results). He'd rather not be around her while he's in child form, but he can't resist sparring with her verbally. She really brings out the arrogance in him.

He hasn't told her his name, but he has told her that he's a god. She might or might not have believed him.

Elliot Nightray

Some guy who punched Loki in the face.

A child-hater.

Nami

A navigator Loki mistook for a daughter while afflicted with Shift sickness.

As he is fully aware now that they are in no way related, Loki tries not to recall his behavior from when they first met. He doesn't know her particularly well, but he's satisfied enough being cordial with her for now.

Kantarou Ichinomiya

A young folklorist whose maturity Loki questions.

Though Kantarou at times gleams a more perceptive side, he doesn't always leave the best impression. Though Loki is grateful for his help from the first time they met, he won't be forgetting the fact that Kantarou bit him the second time. Loki isn't sure what to make of him yet, but he's willing to tolerate him until he can get a better grasp on Kantarou's deeper character.
