I love Mr. Howard!!!! My guard instructor is THE coolest person I have met ALL SUMMER.

He is relaxed and just creates an awesome work atmosphere. He is such a great teacher too. I wanted to cry because I am just that damn happy.

The entire day was just fucking great! I can't wait for tomorrow to come.
